✨ A Healing Journey Rooted in Spirit, Nature, and Deep Listening
My path to freedom—from trauma, anger, anxiety, and depression—has been a sacred unfolding. I’ve spent years seeking healing not just for myself, but so I could help others find the same clarity, peace, and wholeness.
Through this journey, I’ve come to embrace a variety of spiritual therapeutic practices, including:
-
Faith in God
-
Spiritual direction
-
Contemplative prayer
-
Forest bathing and time in nature
-
Meditation and silence
-
Energy healing and somatic awareness
These practices have helped me navigate life with greater balance, allowing me to manage anxiety and depression without reliance on modern medications. They’ve become part of a rhythm of life—one grounded in grace, clarity, and connection to something greater.
A Space Where You Can Truly Be Seen
My faith—both in God and in the universal energy that flows through all living things—has only deepened with time. But what matters most to me is creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and gently supported.
In my work, there is:
-
No pressure
-
No religious agenda
-
No judgment or unsolicited advice
Instead, there is space to explore your healing, your faith (or lack of it), your grief, your questions, your transformation.
I’m here to walk with you as you move beyond the barriers that hold you back—into your deepest potential, your true identity, and your own version of spiritual freedom.
All Are Welcome

Rooted in Nature. Called to Healing.
I was raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee, where my parents were wildcrafters—gatherers of medicinal herbs and remedies from the forest. That upbringing grounded me in a deep relationship with the land, with Spirit, and with the quiet wisdom of nature. It was in those sacred woods that I first learned to listen—to God, to the earth, and to the deeper stirrings of my own soul.
I grew up immersed in both the beauty of creation and the complexities of church life. The local faith community was a place where I first felt a sense of calling—drawn to Jesus’ example of compassion and care for the hurting. But that same community would also become a source of deep pain. Alongside an abusive family dynamic, I experienced spiritual and emotional wounding that left scars I would carry for many years.
The healing journey hasn’t been linear. It’s been layered, tender, and holy. Becoming a wife to a minister, raising three children, and earning a degree in social work all became part of my unfolding path. Each step—through love, hardship, motherhood, and education—refined my purpose.
Today, I offer others what I needed most on my own journey: a safe, sacred space to heal, to reconnect with their true self, and to rediscover the Divine beyond the trauma.
Through retreats, one-on-one guidance, and embodied spiritual practices, I walk alongside those navigating:
-
Childhood or religious trauma
-
Life transitions and grief
-
Faith deconstruction and rebuilding
-
A longing for spiritual depth and wholeness
This work is more than a profession. It’s a calling. And it’s an honor to companion others as they find their way back to themselves—and to a spirituality that brings peace, freedom, and restoration.
